Responsibilities
- Manage daily AR operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
- Process customer payments, reconcile bank statements, and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and credit balance adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales and billing teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing information.
- Implement and maintain AR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize delinquencies.
- Prepare aging reports and perform follow-ups on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and provide support during the month-end closing process.
