Senior Program Manager @ Sophic Automation | Product Engineering Services | Validation & Software Business Unit
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and eager individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Admin. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are excited to embark on a career in recruitment and administration. The successful candidate will support our recruitment team, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to an efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities:- Support the entire recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update our recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and team members to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Oversee the collection and management of company assets from new employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the recruitment team.
- Willingly accept and manage any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of the department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Capability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- No prior work experience required; internships or part-time jobs in HR or administration are advantageous.
