This is a dedicated team to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of patients in Singapore & Malaysia by collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need medicines have access to them. WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain essential documentation, including process flows, PromoMat management, business cases, patient program proposal, and pharmacovigilance (PV) plan.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient programs align with overall business objectives and strategic goals.
- Oversee KeyPAP operations, including coordinating with 3rd party vendors and managing interactions with healthcare providers.
- Ensure effective implementation and smooth execution of program components, addressing any operational issues as they arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and healthcare providers, representing the company in meetings and discussions.
- Resolve any issues or escalations from vendors or providers promptly and professionally.
- Regularly assess and review vendor performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Review monitoring and control reports related to patient numbers and track vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to enhance program efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and the launch of new patient assistance programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of patient programs and organizational goals.
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors or healthcare providers (minimum 3 years preferred), but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude and potential to pick up these skills quickly.
- A passion for healthcare or a related field, with a strong desire to develop skills in managing patient programs.
- Self-motivated, proactive and highly committed to support and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A high sense of ownership and accountability for achieving goals.
- Well-organized and self-disciplined, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Good networking and influencing skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of oncology or rare disease patient programs is a plus but not required; we are open to candidates willing to learn.
