We are seeking a Financial Controller who shares our passion for breaking the mold of traditional finance roles, someone who thrives on adventure, embraces versatility, and wants to play a key role in supporting our mission. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Track and analyze business performance across all verticals. • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for both short-term and long-term goals. • Identify partnerships, joint ventures, and other business opportunities. • Provide data-driven insights through financial, market, and operational analytics. • Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with overall business objectives. • Create clear and concise reports to guide decision-making. Key Skills and Competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis tools. • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively. • Knowledge of market research and business development processes. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business development, or data analytics. • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. • Familiarity with the health, nutrition, or wellness sector is a plus.
