Key Responsibilities ✅ Research and develop  detailed, fact-based, and engaging scripts  for long-format YouTube videos (10-30 minutes). ✅ Write in a conversational, engaging tone that aligns with our brand’s voice and audience preferences. ✅ Transform complex topics into  easy-to-understand, well-structured, and engaging narratives . ✅ Ensure all scripts are optimized for  storytelling, engagement, and audience retention . ✅ Work closely with the video production team to refine and enhance scripts for delivery. ✅ Incorporate compelling  hooks, transitions, and strong call-to-actions (CTAs) . ✅ Stay updated on trending topics in education, motivation, and productivity to create  highly relevant content . ✅ Revise and improve scripts based on  feedback and performance analytics . Requirements Proven experience  in scriptwriting for YouTube or similar digital platforms (Educational, Motivational, or Productivity content preferred). Strong  storytelling and research skills  with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Ability to  write in an engaging, conversational, and narrative-driven style . Familiarity with  YouTube content trends, SEO, and audience retention strategies . Excellent command of English (Grammar, Clarity, and Flow). Strong time management and ability to  meet deadlines consistently . Basic knowledge of  video scripting formats, pacing, and structure .
