We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to take charge of telephone sales and Social Media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telephone sales to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
- Utilise Social Media to connect with potential clients, engage with prospects, and develop professional relationships.
- Manage Social Media campaigns.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads from various channels.
- Maintain an organised database of clients and prospects using a CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Provide regular reports on outreach, leads, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telephone sales and/or Social Media outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in using Social Media for business networking and outreach.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools and sales software (preferred).
- Must have a second screen.
- Must have a backup of approximately 14 hours in case of power outages.
