Duties & Responsibilities

We are in search of a skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our talented team. As a Credit Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating credit risks to ensure the financial stability and success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement robust credit risk management strategies to safeguard against potential losses.
2. Analyze credit data and trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce credit policies and procedures.
4. Monitor portfolio performance and provide timely insights and recommendations to optimize risk-return profiles.
5. Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Ideally 5 – 10 years’ professional working experience.
3. Minimum of 3 (ideally 5) years’ credit modelling experience.
4. 1 - 2 years’ experience managing teams and/or projects.
5. Consulting experience is an advantage.
6. Proven experience in credit risk management within the financial services industry.
7. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
