Financial Accounting Prepare monthly closing journal Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules Review monthly inventories ageing report for adequate NRV Control chart of a/c, review consistency, control a/c creation and archive Assist FM in annual insurance policy renewal review Audit review support (External and GCAD review) Ensure compliance to accounting standards Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables Review of sales ledger and purchase ledger reconciliation Review monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment Review debtors aging reports and vendors statement reconciliation Prepare commissions for payroll submission Monitor daily cashflow requirements Prepare/ review Banker’s Guarantees applications, maintain records and monitor expiry/renewal Prepare / review payments to vendors Provide advice, guidelines and instructions to shared services centre and operations on day-to-day accounting matters GST and Tax Review GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test Prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision Prepare corporate tax computations for review by HO and tax consultants Fixed Assets and Capex Prepare capex and maintain capex records for new / replacement of fixed assets Maintain asset register Prepare costing for demo registration Budget and forecasts - Provide assistance to reporting team to formulate budget and forecasts Collaborate with Digital Technology team – user acceptance tests for new programs, parameters and interface set-ups, etc Job Requirement Minimum Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance with 5-6 years of working experience or Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of working experience Possess good Excel skills Able to work in fast-paced environment Interested candidates please send in your resume to: Topaz Liang Huimin (CEI No. R1104500), email to: topaz@recruitexpress.com.sg EA License No: 99C4599#J-18808-Ljbffr
