Restaurant Manager - Manama - Domo Ventures W.L.L.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Italian fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality service and motivating staff to provide excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and adherence to established standards.
• Foster a culture of excellence by guiding employees to uphold our brand's values and standards.
• Maintain employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive performance improvements.
• Streamline workflow, ensuring staff understand their roles and responsibilities in line with operational guidelines.
• Supervise opening, interval, and closing duties for front-of-house departments.
• Set performance goals, including training and briefing on company policies.

Operations Management:

• Support team members in understanding performance targets, goals, and expectations.
• Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Communicate company updates, financial results, and new objectives to the team.
• Collaborate with the management team to resolve emergency situations, such as quality or customer complaints.
• Promote team retention through regular 'one-to-one' meetings and performance appraisals tailored to individual roles.
• Participate in hiring and termination processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role within Italian cuisine.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Ability to make informed decisions that support the management team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective guest and inter-departmental interactions.
• Exceptional leadership skills, fostering open communication and trust among employees.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Effective conflict resolution skills, prioritizing issue resolution and relationship development.
