Position available from January 2025 Mobile Car Washer & Machine Polisher with Driver License Company Description: Pearl Shine Car Wash & Detailing offers a home premium car detailing service across Qatar. We are looking for a car washer and detailer who can drive our fully equipped small-sized van to our customers' addresses to clean their cars to a high standard. Job Description: Full time - (6 days per week) Shift: TBC Location: Doha Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to drive our fully equipped company vans to customers' addresses to clean cars to a high standard. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Representing the company and acting as an ambassador.
- Respecting and abiding by processes and procedures set by the company.
- Use diary schedule to navigate to customers' vehicle locations to fulfill daily appointments when out on mobile jobs.
- Drive our fully equipped company van to customer locations and safely wash the interior and exterior of vehicles using tools, equipment, and chemicals in a professional manner without causing any damage to customer vehicles (Full training will be provided).
- Deep clean cars.
- Machine polish cars.
- Apply wax and ceramic protection and machine polish paintwork where necessary.
- Pay attention to detail and aim for perfection.
- Able to work using your own initiative and without supervision.
- Able to work alone and in a team.
- Take on additional responsibilities when requested.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Neat and tidy.
- Well-presented with a professional attitude.
- Special eye for detail.
- Passionate about the automotive and detailing industry.
- Willing to learn, develop, and progress in the business.
- Proactive with the ability to make decisions using your own initiative.
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve perfection.
- Flexible with overtime on request.
- Polite, honest, and respectable individual.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Photography and videography skills for social media are ideal but not essential.
- Fluent in English (Required).
- Previous vehicle washing and decontamination experience.
- Previous machine polishing experience.
- Previous ceramic coating application experience.
- Full Qatar driving license.
- Arabic is beneficial.
