Parts Supervisor/Assistant Spare Parts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishing the processes relevant to the parts business Inventory Management.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet customer demands.
- Ensure timely approvals and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Formulate and implement innovative business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and the competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in Budgeting and cost controlling.
- Optimize inventory planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- 5-10 years Experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Bilingual Arabic/English (Arab speaker preferred).
- High skills in leadership and organization.
- Experience in Commercial and Heavy Equipment Parts.
- Proven experience in Parts ordering and planning.
