Access Talent Group is currently working with one of Ireland's biggest multi-national Civil & Structural consultancies who are seeking an Associate Director for their Bridges and Infrastructure Team in either Dublin or Cork.This role presents a unique opportunity to join the country's leading consultancy, where you will oversee a diverse portfolio of UK, Ireland, and international bridge projects, offering a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead significant bridge projectsMentor and guide Chartered Engineers and Junior EngineersParticipate in the prestigious Bridge Engineers Working GroupMinimum Requirements:Civil/Structural/Bridge Engineer with a relevant degree and 12+ years' post-graduate experience on Irish projectsExperience in Bridge project design in Ireland and proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD softwareFull Right to Live and Work in IrelandIn return, you will receive a competitive salary, company pension contributions up to 7%, 26 days of annual leave, and a performance-based company bonus.If you meet the requirements, please submit your updated CV for consideration.
