We take pride in our rich history and cutting-edge contributions to the sawmilling industry. We are seeking a dynamic, talented, and experienced Nightshift Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a skeleton crew on the night shift, supporting operations from Monday to Thursday. If you have experience and enjoy working independently within a wider team, this role offers the perfect opportunity. Our maintenance team services our Kennington-wide operations, including the sawmill and world-class remanufacturing plant, providing a variety of engineering skill development opportunities. You'll play a key role in maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Breakdown response
- Diagnostics, fabrication and machining
- Installations and general industrial engineering
- Welding, repair, and maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, with specific skills in machining and turning.
- Proficiency in English
- Applicants must be currently residing in New Zealand and legally entitled to work.
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding industrial environment.
