Senior Business Analyst - Cards and Payments (2021680/001) Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD800 - AUD900 per annum This Big 4 Bank is working on a transformation around Merchants for their cards domain focusing on Onboarding, Servicing, Billing, and more. They aim to upgrade the systems for Merchant onboarding with specific attention to pricing, billing, and risk assessment in a timely manner. Additionally, they seek to enhance product offerings for each Merchant. What you'll do: Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology, and Business Product Owner. Analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or changes to technology applications and/or business processes. Work with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation, and decision making. Support backlog delivery, focusing the team on the highest priority work. Represent the voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmap. Support Developers, Engineers, and UX designers in understanding the requirements to ensure successful delivery. What you bring: Solution Gap Analysis Data Mapping Problem solving Analysis and delivery experience within complex environments Workshop and facilitation skills Familiarity with tools such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, Figma, and the Fiserv product suite. Strong knowledge in Cards acquiring and Merchant Risk. Strong knowledge around Merchant Onboarding, including monitoring risk of each Merchant and the onboarding process.
