Our plant here in Penang develops and manufactures products such as car radios, integrated head units, central displays and navigation systems as well as electronic components and actuator motors for OEMs worldwide. Incorporated with 100 percent German ownership, we are one of the eight pioneering companies which started operation in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone back in 1972.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinator of Receiving Time Window (RTW) Project.
2. Generate monthly Receiving & RTW KPI’s.
3. Analyze Receiving Time Window (RTW) supplier adherence performance.
4. Liaise with supplier for overall performance improvement and meeting project target as per set.
5. Generate RTW utilization data and graph.
6. Support to manage and maintain 5's in receiving area.
7. Attend daily meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
8. Practice safety walk and update Open Point List (OPL) if any.
9. Update monthly calendar activity on information board.
10. Be a member of RTW and overall Improvement project.
11. Improve visualization in Receiving, MHE Charging, and Chemical Store in terms of checklist, visual management, labeling, demarcation, and poster.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with honors.
2. Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay.
