We’re seeking a certified Project Manager with Agile expertise to lead IT projects in the banking industry. Job Description: We are looking for a certified Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have certifications like PMP, CAPM, CPM, or similar and strong Agile project management skills. This role involves overseeing Agile-based IT projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile IT projects for the banking sector from start to finish.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Standups, etc.).
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven project team.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on the banking sector.
- Active certification(s) in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, CPM, or equivalent).
- Experience managing Agile-based projects (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with banking IT systems and industry standards is a plus.
- Experience with core banking systems or banking IT projects.
