Key responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Create and develop new procedures and processes.
- Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
- Analyze, evaluate, and test new and existing processes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
- Regularly inventory, archive, and organize materials in the archive room, along with other related tasks.
- Degree and above in Chemical Engineering, with more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing / chemical industry.
- Have communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities.
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay.
