Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand the needs and questions of customers.
• Provide the best service and utilize mechanisms to promote the sale of products.
• Prepare sales/promotional areas according to layout, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare and provide merchandise for the Electrical/Audio Visual Department.
• Process returns for defective goods to the supplier.
• Assist with monthly stock-taking of counters.
• Attend training as necessary and required.
