1. Responsible for ensuring the outlet monthly vehicle sales targets are met and cost control is monitored.
2. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the Sales Team.
3. Coordinate with Group Property and Principal’s Network department to ensure showroom renovations and construction comply with the Principal’s showroom guidelines.
4. Develop and motivate all staff personnel by displaying outstanding leadership values.
5. Manage, develop, and retain a highly motivated and high-performance sales team.
6. Liaise with Sales Planning, Marketing, and related departments on branch’s sales and marketing activities (Indoor and Outdoor).
7. Ensure compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.

1. Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in business or any related field.
2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing functions; experience in the Automotive industry is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales function.
4. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a branch manager position.
