Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints
2. Analyse product defects and justify findings
3. Recommend actions for improvements
4. Coordinate with internal departments as well as with customers
5. Work closely with all Departments especially production and sales
6. Required to travel overseas to meet customers located overseas when required
7. Customers are manufacturers of printed circuit board makers mainly based in China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand.

Qualifications

Requirements: - Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Science - Chemistry, BioChemistry, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant studies. - Experience: Preferably candidates with 1-2 years and above related experience in QA or Technical service in Manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Committed, positive attitude & confident. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skills.
