Job Responsibilities:

• Sell a variety of Toyota vehicles to ensure the company achieves their sales targets set by UMWT.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superiors when required.
• Responsible for gathering a new customer database to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Assist customers in applying for hire purchase loans from financial institutions.
• Assist customers who wish to sell or trade their old cars.
• Ensure demo cars are in good and clean condition for marketing purposes and test drives for new customers.
• Attend and participate in roadshows and showroom events organized by the company.
• Always demonstrate a good attitude and be customer-friendly in the showroom and during roadshows.
• Follow up and provide excellent sales and after-sales service to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent related experience.
• Compulsory to have a D class driving license and possess own transport.
• Driven personality preferred.
• Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
• Independent and able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
