We are looking for a General Manager of Sales in NEXA, for the entire territory of Nagaland. You will be handling a team of over 50 employees over 5 districts and will be based in our Chumuokedima office. Responsibilities Overseeing the entire NEXA sales operation of Seyie Auto, including developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, managing sales staff through hiring, training, and coaching, assigning territories and targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and allied services. Ensures company's wholesale target and NEXA Score card targets are met as well. Qualifications Existing sales experience minimum 5 years Sales management skills and customer relationship management (CRM) tools experience required Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting plus experience in using spreadsheet tools Experience in managing sales teams to achieve targets Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
