Job Description Designation : Manager – Corporate Relations Location : Noida Company : Physics Wallah Key Responsibilities: • Build & Maintain Corporate Relationships : Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners to secure placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities for Physics Wallah students. • Develop Placement Strategy : Create, implement, and refine a comprehensive placement strategy to ensure high placement rates and strong industry engagement, tailored to meet student needs and employer demands. • Industry Engagement Activities : Plan and organize industry engagement initiatives such as webinars, guest lectures, networking events, and conclaves to foster stronger links between students and corporates. • Team Leadership & Management : Lead the placement team, ensuring smooth coordination of all placement drives, from initial outreach to post-placement support. Mentor the team to drive results and maintain high levels of professionalism. • Collaborate with Training Team : Work closely with the training and development teams to enhance students’ employability by preparing them for interviews, recruitment processes, and skill-building workshops. • Monitor & Report Placement Metrics : Track, analyse, and report on placement data and outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve processes, student engagement, and corporate relations. Qualifications: • Educational Qualification : Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent. • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or similar fields, with a preference for experience in the education sector or working with educational institutions. • Skills : o Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse set of corporate partners. o Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving results. o Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on achieving long-term goals. • Additional Qualities : o Proactive, goal-oriented mindset. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.o Strong understanding of industry trends, employer expectations, and recruitment practices.
