Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works. • Supervise all works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, and local authorities' requirements. • Design, submit, coordinate drawings, and plan for approval and amendment. • Prepare preconstruction isometric drawings and material take-off prior to site possession. • Ensure site storage is ready and an inventory system is in place at all times. • Handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Attend inspections and meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, and authorities. • Prepare progress claims for the main contractor/client and attend related meetings. • Prepare and certify progress claims of subcontractors and suppliers. • Willing to suggest and adapt to all company policies, which may update from time to time. • Willing to work off-hours when necessary to ensure projects perform at their best. Job Requirements: • Possess a Plumber License (preferred). • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. • Class 3 Singapore Driving License. #J-18808-Ljbffr
