Product Specialist - (NeuroTracker - Medlab) - TP

Strategically plan the sales plan and interact with customers to achieve sales target and ensure profitability and continued growth of the brand in the assigned area/industry. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve the sales target in the assigned area and industry.
- Proper contact and relationship management with prospects and clients.
- Frequent visits and coverage of all potential to existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeated business from the accounts.
- Relationship management with key customer accounts and inducer in order to increase market share.
- Efficient execution and delivery of purchase orders in order to meet customer expectations to ensure proper ordering and configuration of purchase orders.
- Presenting NeuroTrackerX to customers and showing the benefits that lead to deal closures.
- Ensure and maximize the full usage of all available sales tools like demo accounts, PowerPoint presentations, product data sheets, and formal presentational workshops.
- Timely and accurate response for all quotation requests to secure on-time business.
- Expected to actively participate in the business development process, continuously reviewing end-user prices and cost prices based on market dynamics and trends.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Medical Technology or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Job Specific: Selling skills, Presentation skills, Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills, Analytical ability, Service Orientation, Basic Computer Skills including MS Office.
- Generic Skills: Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Time Management Skills, Valid Driving License, Verbal and Written English Skills.
