We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our Ultrasound team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical products and equipment, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to achieving sales excellence. The Medical Outdoor Sales Representative will focus on visiting healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices to promote and sell our medical products. This role also involves building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations, and conducting engaging sales presentations. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices.
- Promote and sell Fujifilm's ultrasound medical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the Ultrasound division.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Proactively generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, life sciences).
- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in ultrasound or imaging technology.
- Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of distribution models and channels.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Excel, and data-related tools; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
