Job Description

  1. Coordinate and develop the activities of the National and International Purchasing Process, attending to all the Requirements requested by the corresponding departments, for inventory replenishment or direct sales to our Clients.
  2. Communicate to the requesting department the status of the Purchase made, the feasibility of delivery within the agreed time and any aspect of interest that must be reported.
  3. Make Product Cost updates as appropriate.
  4. Follow up on purchase orders sent to suppliers and verify the status of requests in process.
  5. Process the logistics of Nationalization of Purchased Parts, Products and Equipment. Hire customs services if applicable.

Job Experience

Proven experience in national and international purchasing. Management of Technical Standards related to Customs Procedures. Assertive Communication (Oral, listening and written). Ability to establish contact with other companies, suppliers and customers.
