Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize supply chain operations for our e-commerce wholesale business. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and will ensure the seamless coordination of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, contributing to the efficiency and growth of our online wholesale platform. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Support:

1. Assist in sourcing suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships.
2. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.

1. Track and update stock levels across multiple e-commerce platforms and warehouses.
2. Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
3. Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demand.

1. Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with logistics partners.
2. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for on-time performance.
3. Resolve any logistical issues, including delays or order discrepancies.

1. Prepare supply chain performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
2. Use analytics to support demand forecasting and stock replenishment decisions.

1. Streamline supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve lead times.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

1. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
2. Provide regular updates on stock availability and order status.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or wholesale environment.
3. Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management tools and software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and negotiation skills.

1. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon).
2. Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
3. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP or CPSM) is an advantage.

2. Work Timings: 9:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift)
3. Work Days: Monday to Saturday
