We are looking for a Call Center Representative candidate who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 (will be decided after the interview) Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Good learning skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center is required.
