Mid-month owner payments & EOM. Invoicing through Xero . Bank reconciliation Outsourcing the routines and any final inspections Email management, arrange work orders & handle any matters that occur during this time. Skills & Experience Minimum 1 x year experience within property management Current PM Registration Trust Accounting Experience Team player attitude Knowledge of Xero .
