Customer Service Representative (17k+/ logistics/ flexible working location)

工作職責 Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.
- Handle walk-in customer’s enquiries and ensure services quality provided
- Optimize revenue through upselling and cross-selling cash shipment, services and referrals to appropriate sales teams
- Introduce sales promotional programs to walk-in customers and through calls
- Perform general clerical support / admin work
- Support projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- HKALE/ HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate
At least 2 years of CS or sales experience
- Willing to perform shift duty is an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal and communicational skills in maintaining relationships
- Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin, proficiency in English is preferrable
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling is highly desirable
