Plant Manager/Production Director - Dublin

Direct Responsibilities:

1. Prioritising system uptime by forecasting intake requirements in line with processing capability.
2. Hiring, training, and management of general operatives and night staff.
3. Oversight monitoring of SCADA and alarms system to maintain uptime.
4. Oversee scheduled maintenance schedule for intake and processing equipment as well as CHP's, flare, upgrader, carbon changes.
5. Ensure adherence to procedures for DAFM pre-requisite proposals (PRPs)/procedures/HACCP/recording and reporting.
6. Point of contact for DAFM validation and inspections.
7. Engage with GNI, HSA, RSA, and ISO staff/inspectors/auditors with Compliance Manager.
8. Oversight of daily system checks including FOS/TACs, pH, gas quality (H2S, CH4, CO2) ensuring daily reports are uploaded.
9. Work with consultant to optimise system performance and output.
10. Complete monthly KPI report, to include energy consumption, yield, cost per ton amongst others.
11. Work with EHS/Compliance Manager to ensure culture of safety.
12. Oversee and contribute to EPA, DAFM, ISCC, and ISO audits/inspections.
13. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sample analysis and reporting is completed.
14. Work with sales team on required intake.
15. Work with Transport Manager to ensure sufficient dispatch with correct and up-to-date reporting.
16. Work with MD and consultant on development of a 3-5 year plan for operations including Opex and Capex requirements.
17. Oversight of all production and financial reporting to be completed on a month-end basis, analysis against rolling forecasts and agreed budgets.
18. Critical analysis of operational KPI's to form a data-led decision-making operational culture.
