Plant Manager/Production Director - Dublin
Our client is a renewable energy company based in Dublin. We have been retained to recruit a Plant Manager/Production Director.Direct Responsibilities:
- Prioritising system uptime by forecasting intake requirements in line with processing capability.
- Hiring, training, and management of general operatives and night staff.
- Oversight monitoring of SCADA and alarms system to maintain uptime.
- Oversee scheduled maintenance schedule for intake and processing equipment as well as CHP's, flare, upgrader, carbon changes.
- Ensure adherence to procedures for DAFM pre-requisite proposals (PRPs)/procedures/HACCP/recording and reporting.
- Point of contact for DAFM validation and inspections.
- Engage with GNI, HSA, RSA, and ISO staff/inspectors/auditors with Compliance Manager.
- Oversight of daily system checks including FOS/TACs, pH, gas quality (H2S, CH4, CO2) ensuring daily reports are uploaded.
- Work with consultant to optimise system performance and output.
- Complete monthly KPI report, to include energy consumption, yield, cost per ton amongst others.
- Work with EHS/Compliance Manager to ensure culture of safety.
- Oversee and contribute to EPA, DAFM, ISCC, and ISO audits/inspections.
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sample analysis and reporting is completed.
- Work with sales team on required intake.
- Work with Transport Manager to ensure sufficient dispatch with correct and up-to-date reporting.
- Work with MD and consultant on development of a 3-5 year plan for operations including Opex and Capex requirements.
- Oversight of all production and financial reporting to be completed on a month-end basis, analysis against rolling forecasts and agreed budgets.
- Critical analysis of operational KPI's to form a data-led decision-making operational culture.
