Job Overview: Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic web development team. This role is ideal for someone with basic coding experience who is eager to learn and grow. The successful candidate will work on building, testing, and maintaining web applications, collaborating with senior developers and designers to deliver high-quality projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications.
  2. Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  3. Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
  4. Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging of web applications.
  5. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure websites function across various browsers and devices.
  6. Learn new technologies and frameworks to stay current with industry trends.
  7. Participate in code reviews and team meetings to share knowledge and feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development concepts.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Eagerness to learn and improve skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  2. Understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js or PHP.
  3. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  4. Knowledge of responsive design principles.
