Software development technical lead

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. What you'll do: As a Software Development Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented developers. Your expertise in C# or similar languages, coupled with your experience with Azure and the wider. Net suite, will enable you to effectively design, code, and test within a mature system. You will also facilitate integration between teams and other systems in use. Your leadership skills will shine as you mentor less experienced team members, coordinate team meetings, and liaise with stakeholders. Your commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising on design or security standards will be crucial for success. Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers to design and implement new features as well as maintain functionality in a mature. Net based system. Contribute hands-on to the tools and provide mentorship to drive best practices in the team. Facilitate integration between teams and other systems in use, including other business teams and third parties. Coordinate and lead team meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups. Participate in after hours on-call shifts.
