As a Risk Associate, you will play a vital role in assessing and managing risks related to transactions, suppliers, and customers. Your proactive mindset and attention to detail will help us maintain smooth workflows and align with our company’s high standards. • Review and assess risks for transactions, suppliers, and customers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Conduct due diligence checks on suppliers and customers, maintaining compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Accurately process and verify invoices, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and maintain smooth workflows.
• Contribute to optimizing AI tools by providing data and feedback to the AI development teams.
• Enhance risk-related processes in compliance and financial crime for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in risk management, finance, or operations.
• Keen attention to detail for identifying errors and inconsistencies in data and documents.
• A curious and proactive mindset, eager to ask questions, solve problems, and learn.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
