Product Manager - Cybersecurity Tools & Red Team Operations

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager with expertise in subdomain enumeration, cyber reconnaissance, CVE Proof-of-Concept (PoC) creation, red teaming, Python tools development, and AI model training. This role involves spearheading the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art tools and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Development & Strategy : • Define the vision and roadmap for cybersecurity products with a focus on subdomain enumeration, vulnerability analysis, and red team operations. • Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and development goals. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in AI to maintain product competitiveness. 2. Technical Expertise & Development : • Lead the design and development of Python-based tools for cyber reconnaissance, vulnerability analysis, and automated red teaming. • Oversee and contribute to the creation of CVE PoCs for real-world vulnerabilities, ensuring products address critical security needs. • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models for advanced threat detection, analysis, and automation. 3. Red Team Operations : • Guide the creation of red team toolkits and playbooks, enabling simulated attacks to assess organizational defenses. • Act as a technical advisor for penetration testing methodologies, exploiting vulnerabilities, and post-exploitation activities. 4. AI Model Training : • Define requirements for training AI/ML models for cybersecurity applications, such as anomaly detection, threat identification, and behavioral analysis. • Partner with data scientists to curate datasets, optimize model performance, and ensure practical deployment. 5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market demands. • Collaborate with security researchers, red teamers, and developers to identify challenges and improve product functionality. • Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine product offerings. 6. Training & Knowledge Sharing : • Develop training modules and documentation to educate internal teams and customers on using cybersecurity tools effectively. • Lead workshops, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase product capabilities. Key Qualifications: • Experience : 5+ years in cybersecurity roles, including hands-on experience in subdomain enumeration, cyber reconnaissance, CVE PoC creation, and red teaming. • Technical Skills : • Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages. • Strong understanding of AI/ML model development and deployment. • Familiarity with tools like Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and OSINT frameworks. • Domain Expertise : Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, threat modeling, and penetration testing methodologies. • Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results on time. • Certifications (Preferred): OSCP, OSWE, CEH, CISSP, or related credentials. • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
