Duties & Responsibilities -
- Evaluating and streamlining business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering
- areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Plans and conducts a variety of special financial projects and studies for the
- Board/Sr.Management; after approval of recommendations, makes presentations & reports
- to the Board/Sr. Management.
- Budgetary and financial record-keeping techniques.
- Staying up to date (market intelligence) on latest processes to automate and modernize
- systems and advancements.
- Coordinating meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis, allocating resources, and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, documenting with
- analysis into useful reports and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-
- functional team members and management.
- Analyze large datasets and provide insights using Excel.
- Develop professional and impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
- Work closely with critical stakeholders.
- Aligning solutions meet business needs and requirements.
