We are looking for a motivated and results-driven FTTH Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling FTTH packages to potential customers in predefined areas, ensuring they benefit from this high-speed internet solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales and community outreach programs.
  • Customer Education: Explain the benefits of FTTH technology and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through networking and market research.
  • Order Processing: Facilitate seamless service activation by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Past experience in sales, especially in telecom or technology services will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable way.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with FTTH technology is an advantage but not mandatory.
