We are seeking a Data Quality Manager with consulting experience to lead data quality initiatives to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data. To assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize data management practices. Key Responsibilities: Data Quality Strategy:

Develop and enforce data quality frameworks, standards, and policies.
Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes.

Client Engagement:

Assess client data quality challenges and design improvement plans.
Provide recommendations and lead training sessions on best practices.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee project performance, budgets, and resources.

Governance and Compliance:

Align initiatives with governance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Maintain documentation for transparency and compliance.

Technology and Tools:

Use data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and data visualization platforms.
Automate and monitor data quality processes.
Identify trends and optimize data quality methodologies.
Drive innovation in client engagements.

Qualifications:

Proven data quality management and consulting experience.
Proficiency in data quality tools, SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or CDMP is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data.
Expertise in scalable data quality solutions for complex environments.
