Job Summary As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services. Your goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from a provided list
- Present products or services persuasively and accurately
- Obtain customer information and update the database with call outcomes
- Follow scripts and communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Handle objections and negotiate sales terms when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively
- Ability to market products or services over the phone
- Knowledge of technology sales or related fields is advantageous
