FM Coordinator Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
  • Make quotations and estimate the value of facility management services, including detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Schedule site visits for assessments and evaluations as needed.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services and repairs.
  • Conduct regular facility audits to assess condition, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and service agreements.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of facility management expenses.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Have experience in Tender submission.
  • Experience in facility management or maintenance roles. (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of CAFM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
