We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role will focus on coordinating day-to-day operations with the Operations Team, ensuring smooth customer communication, and handling various administrative tasks to support the business’s daily functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Operations Team: Serve as the point of contact between the office and the operations team, ensuring all tasks and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Communication: Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and other relevant information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sorting and Prioritizing Daily Work: Review and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and operations run seamlessly.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Scheduling and Planning: Help organize meetings, appointments, and other events, ensuring all involved parties are informed in advance.
- General Office Support: Assist with various administrative duties, including preparing reports, managing office supplies, and supporting other departments as needed.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Relevant field: 2 years (Required)
