Position : Senior Director Sales Location : Dubai Job Type : Full-Time Salary : Competitive Package + Performance Incentives Experience : 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales (Leadership Role Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Director Sales to lead our real estate sales division. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
- Oversee property listing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics, performance, and ROI to optimize strategies and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all transactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
