- Customer Relationship Establishment & Business Opportunity Expansion
- Proactively gain insights into key industries in the country/region/market, identify key/potential customers, and find key decision-making chains to identify customers' actual needs.
- Sort out customers' decision-making chains, identify significant customers, and build a dimensional customer communication interface.
- Engage in conversations with customers through directing and planning key events, business communication, and visiting to gain customer trust and identify product and technology needs.
- Regularly contact existing and potential customers to stay informed about key information such as business plans and budgets.
- Establish long-term business relationships with customer's CXOs to obtain critical support in cooperation.
- Product & Technological Value Delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of Hybrid Cloud solutions and customer business needs.
- Help customers understand the technical value of Alibaba Cloud's products and convey the positioning of Alibaba Cloud as the best partner.
- Demand Match and Business Opportunity Conversion
- Collaborate with resources to form a clear sale and solution strategy, and communicate for execution.
- Provide solution design that meets customer needs and answer regular questions about products and solutions.
- Drive improvements in internal product solutions and processes based on customer experience feedback.
- Commercial Operations and Business Support
- Complete customer bidding and business contract signing based on business process rules.
- Track customer needs changes and promote contract adjustments.
- Resolve project delivery issues in a timely manner to support customer business goals.
- Support hybrid cloud complex project operations, including bidding process management and risk management.
- 5+ years of experience in the cloud computing industry, with B/G sales and pre-sales experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in selling software products, with a preference for experience in major customer expansion.
- 2+ years of industry experience required in specific industries.
- Experience in operating large-scale projects, bidding processes, and risk management.
- Ability to gain insights into segmented market spaces, needs, and pain points.
- Independently visit head customer CTOs or project leaders for effective business and technical communication.
- Control negotiation pace and independently complete project negotiations to achieve targeted results.
- Lead projects and integrate resources to meet project goals.
- Resolve complex problems within projects and drive cooperation with local eco-partners.
- Understand customers' business and digital transformation needs and provide competitive solutions.
