Job Description
- Verantwortung über die erfolgreiche operative Führung des Veranstaltung & Eventbereiches unter anderem Gewährleistung und Optimierung der Standards, Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufes während der Veranstaltung etc.
- Du übernimmst die Leaderrolle und motivierst, sowie inspiriest deine Servicecrew und sorgst somit für erstklassige Hox-Erlebnisse.
- Durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität hilfst du aktiv in der Operative mit und bist bei unseren Gästen und im Team präsent.
Qualifications
- Eine Erfolgsbilanz in der Leitung von Teams für Meetings und Events; du bist ein Naturtalent darin, Vertrauen zu schaffen und andere auf eine Reise mitzunehmen.
- Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Management von Veranstaltungen im Gastgewerbe.
- Die Verwendung von Micro Fidelio Opera oder eines ähnlichen Front-Desk-Betriebssystems wäre von großem Vorteil.
- Du bist bereit, die Verantwortung für deine Arbeit zu übernehmen und stolz darauf, mit einer "Ärmel-hochkrempeln"-Einstellung die Arbeit zu erledigen und Ergebnisse zu liefern. Flexibilität in deinem wöchentlichen Arbeitsplan, da die Geschäftsanforderungen variabel sind.
- Außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung. Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft - es geht dir darum, unvergessliche Erlebnisse für andere zu schaffen, sei es für Gäste oder Kollegen.
- Du suchst einen Ort, an dem du du selbst sein kannst, hier gibt es keine Klone im Anzug.
- Du bist offen dafür, Dinge anders zu machen und (fast) alles einmal auszuprobieren.
