We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks across various areas of the organization, including financial, operational, market, credit, and regulatory risks. Conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing to quantify potential impacts and likelihoods.
Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to reduce or eliminate identified risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement controls, policies, and procedures to manage risks effectively.
Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Establish risk monitoring systems and processes to track and report on key risk indicators, incidents, and emerging risks. Prepare regular risk reports for management and relevant stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and recommended actions.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to risk management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the development of risk management frameworks and policies.
Internal Controls and Governance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls and governance structures. Review and provide guidance on control frameworks, risk appetite, and risk culture.
Risk Communication: Communicate risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to stakeholders across the organization. Raise risk awareness and foster a risk-conscious culture through training programs, workshops, and communication initiatives.
Business Continuity Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining business continuity plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from potential disruptions and crises.
Risk Analysis and Modeling: Utilize risk analysis tools and models to evaluate the potential impact of various risk scenarios. Conduct risk sensitivity analysis and assess risk-reward trade-offs for key business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as FRM or CRM are advantageous. Proven experience as a Risk Manager or in a similar role within the finance, banking, or insurance industry. Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management. Experience in conducting risk assessments, scenario analysis, and risk modeling. Familiarity with risk management software, tools, and data analysis techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with internal control frameworks, governance structures, and compliance requirements. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. Company Industry:
