We are now looking for another team mate to join us in İZMİT PLANT as ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER. Can you say ‘yes’? Do you treat your colleagues with respect? Do you have a proven track record of delivering results? What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for periodical, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Increasing efficiency in maintenance processes by applying Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement methods.
- Developing solutions to optimize energy consumption by analyzing energy management and efficiency.
- Keeping track of equipment and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work.
- Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with occupational safety and environmental policies.
- Keeping maintenance records and reports regularly.
- Installation and start-up of new equipment. Preparing maintenance plans for the new equipment and following up on the maintenance plans.
- Preparing procedures, instructions and technical specifications.
- Ensuring the coordination of relevant companies and planning necessary training on machines and production lines to ensure the best maintenance of machines and production lines.
- Analyzing system failures and performing root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in production facilities.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement techniques.
- SAP-PM knowledge.
- Knowledge of energy management & energy efficiency.
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose faults.
- Preferably experienced in PLC systems and automation.
- Aware of working in accordance with occupational safety rules.
- Teamwork, solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills.
- For male candidates, completion of military service.
- Preferably with an energy manager certificate.
- Knowledge on subjects such as power electronic circuits, low and high voltage panels, power distribution systems, generators, and UPS systems.
