We are hiring sales professionals with proven success in selling off plan properties in Dubai. This role will be part of a successful team located in our brand new 15,000 sqft. office on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Your Responsibilities

Respond to leads and convert to sales by understanding the client needs and presenting the best ROI and benefits of the desired projects.
Focus on building long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and expert guidance.
Stay well-informed about off-plan projects, understanding the unique selling points, pricing structures, and potential return on investment to effectively advise clients.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and industry regulations to ensure high service levels to clients.
Negotiate terms and prices to secure favorable deals for all parties and collaborate with developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Prepare necessary documentation and paperwork for property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Professional Photographers/Videography.

Desired Skills & Abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market, regulations, and market practices and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and experience in offering expert customer service.
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team.
Proven success in selling off plan in the Dubai market.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
RERA certified and valid driver's license.
