Period: 3 Months , onsite Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop Delegation of Authority (DoA) frameworks for Investment Committees.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives across the corporate and investment value chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and institutionalize MoUs, OLAs, and SLAs to streamline internal and external operations.
- Establish robust KPIs and performance management frameworks for tracking departmental efficiency and outcomes.
- Provide advisory support on organizational structure, strategy, and investor relations to enhance the effectiveness of the Corporate and Investment (C&I) department.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and create actionable insights to support real estate investment decisions.
- Drive collaboration across departments to ensure seamless integration of strategy, operations, and governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders to foster trust and drive engagement.
- A total 6 years of experience with minimum 2-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman)
- Strong expertise in strategic problem-solving, financial analysis, and organizational transformation
