AV Programmer - IT Operations

AV programmer IT Operations Abu Dhabi The Audio-Visual Programmer is responsible for designing and standardizing Audio-Visual hardware and programming and will lead and supervise the operations team in Abu Dhabi! Duties will include:
- Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including but not limited to TVs, projectors, sound systems, and other AV infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including service logs, repairs, and parts replacement.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for AV systems to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Manage workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and schedule regular maintenance of all AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering
- A minimum of4 years of similar experience
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
- The ability to handle independent projects
